Sleeping works better than any medicine or home remedy, sleeping is the cure-all. Whether you are recovering from activities done the night/day before or recovering from an illness, or perhaps you have 15 fifteen minutes in between classes, in all cases sleep is the answer. There is no safer or better feeling than being in between a comfortable mattress and a warm blanket.
One interesting tidbit that you may be unaware of which this infographic suggests is that color television has actually affected the way people dream. According to the infographic, 12% of people dream in black and white, but when color television was invented and became more popular, more people began dreaming in color.
As a college student I now realize the importance of sleep. Never have I treasured that time as much as I do now. I remember back when nap time existed and I used to waste that time pretending to be asleep, as I’m sure a lot of you did. Now I wish that I could have that time back. I know I would take full advantage and sleep all the way through. Sleep is a very important part of the human psyche. Sleep is essential to our brain’s productivity.
